X Y idler pulleys - Updated link for pics
Does anyone know the width of the inner brg race on the idler pulleys? I'm thinking about adding 3mm id bushings that tighten against the inner race. The through bolt won't crush the supports and it will locate the pulleys in the center of the opening. No walking back and forth.
Did a chat with support. 5mm thick...

The width of the idler is 9mm and the inner race is 4mm. Recessed 2.5mm each side there or thereabouts.
I swapped out my smooth idler for a 16T GT2 toothed idler and printed 0.6mm spacers for each side as the bearings on that one are flush.

Nice solution. I moved the counter-bore/nut seats to allow for some 6mm long aluminum spacers i had. Worked out well too. The spacers are just crush tubes I guess. Can tighten up with no worries. Material? I used petg.
