I think it's probably 1_75mm_MK2-RAMBo13a-E3Dv6full.h as that is the board included with the MK3, link to board reference here.

Just clone MK3 repository, is all you need. The config file is already on place and no need to config or change.

Yes do NOT copy any file in. It will not compile at all...
