Unable to level first layer

Hi there, I am struggling with first layer calibration. To get good results with first layer I had to mess with the Bed correction settings for few hours to get somewhat equal height across the whole bedplate. My settings are Left -30 Right +50 (I need more.. like 70, max is 50) Front -10.. what do You guys think? Is this normal for MK3? I had a cheap chinese printer that was doing better with 3D Touch sensor... maybe I expect too much from the PINDA probe when I expect same layer thickness everywhere? With my current setup i get +/- 0.04mm difference from one side to other. Any Ideas what could be the cause? Also I had a problem with Selftest.. the Z axis can't be raised to touch the printed parts as it hits the screws's heads first..

I didnt have to mess with any of those values and i get a perfect first layer...

Your PINDA probe might be too far away from the bed, how did you adjust the heigh of the PINDA?

Current Z value is -0.355. Pinda should be in the right place.. Support told me to rise it a bit so now it is 1.15mm above nozzle.
