Stepper Motor hissing sound
Hi guys....
For a long time i've been able to hear some types of noise no1 hears lol.... I can definitely hear this ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=7&v=Dfl4jmvKb08 )... With my eyes closed i can clearly ear when someone stops and resumes the video, all this with the TV on aswell....
Why i am telling you guys this?? Because i just assembled and calibrated my MK3 and i'm wondering if hissing sounds from the steppers are normal or not (mostly from the X-Motor).... or if its just me thats hearing this lol!?
The sound from the video is not as audible as the steppers for me.
Do you guys hear hissing too?? Should i contact support on this?

there is a little bit of hissing. The motors get a little current from the einsy so can't move them accidentially.

I had a stepper Motor make a high pitch hissing/singing (whatever you can call that 😀 ) on one print. was gone on the next print. It started mid print and stopped when i paused the print but came back after resume. Turning it off and on again "solved" the problem. at least it hasn't come back up until now. ❓

Was just curious since i can't hear my other printer steppers like these one...
Despite that i was blown away by the Noctua fan.... its so quiet that it doesnt even look like its working if you don't visually check xD

Did you try stealth mode? (Settings -> Mode)
The hissing noise totally disappeared after I switched it on.
