they have no problem sending them to people who review on youtube and what not but shaft the paying customers. be nice to get to order the part my printer should have came with.

I remember reading that those of us that ordered the MK3 before the powder coated ones were available would receive a voucher for $10 off when they are available. Is this something we have to ask for individually by contacting support? I didn't receive an email or paperwork with anything about it, I just happened to read the page here: https://www.prusaprinters.org/mk3-is-shipping/ that mentioned the voucher.

Yeah that irks me about them sending the reviewers multiple sheets.
I don't care about sending them the powder coated sheets... they are defective. It's effective advertising. But I've seen them get multiple sheets... That upsets me. I can't buy more. I would like another, but it's not an option. Not at all.
When the powder coated sheets do come out, we will get a voucher or some such. It will be issued when the sheets are ready, I'm sure.

once they have them ready you will get the voucher by email. not just $10 off either, includes free shipping from cz
