Spiral pattern in brim and bad layer on one part of print bed (found the issue)

I've been having great success with my MK3 the past few days getting parts printed just how I want after solving several Z calibration issues and doing a lot of live Z adjustment to get things perfect. I've also done experiments to make sure I have the live Z adjustment as best as it can be by printing a large square sheet and adjusting it until there is no warping, bubble ups, or shifts.

However, once one problem is fixed it seems 2 more often come up in its place. For one particular part I'm printing, in one particular area of the heat bed, I get odd spirals in the brim (I think this is called moire?) where there is striping in concentric angles facing toward the center and irregular height and immediate peeling from the print bed. When this happens, the first layer, even though it is supposed to be completely flat as with my other parts, gets extremely warped and bubbly looking, like it's lifting 1 mm or more off the heat bed. I have done mesh bed leveling, xyz calibration and z calibration to try to eliminate problems, and using the 1st layer calibration wizard, and those turn out fine in practice. Only upon printing on the right front side of my printer (when facing it) does it seem that these issues occur.

*Edit: After trying this print on several areas of the print bed, and experimenting with other parts in between, I have concluded that this is a problem with the gcode. If you run into similar problems and you use Prusa Control, I figured out that if there are very tiny (almost invisible) reversed polygons on the base of your print, the first layer will just go crazy and for some reason will print much higher than it would regularly. I had to go back into Maya and zoom in very close on my model to notice that there were 6 reversed polygons not visible in prusa control making the base of the model uneven when laid flat on the print bed. I found this is what was messing up Prusa Control's gcode export and causing my print head to make erratic movements. I re-exported after changing my model to remove those polygons and it printed fine. These issues aren't visible in Prusa Control's layer preview, the layer preview looks identical in both the messed up and fixed versions.
