Self Test Error on Y axis length

Hi, I'm getting Self Test fails on the Y axis.

I have attached some pictures and a video here:

This is my first 3d printer other than a m3d micro, so maybe it’s me, but what I have tried so far to fix are the following:

I have made sure nothing is touching while the plate is moving front to back.
Tried tighten/loosen the Y motor pulley.
I have moved pulley back and forth to see if it makes a difference.
I have tried to tighten and loosen the belt.
I have tried to remove the belt and see if it’s a bearing issue and bearing seems very smooth to me at the plate moves freely.
It seems the Y Motor movement is very noisy compared to X axis motor movement, not sure if maybe issue with Y axis motor motor.
Noticed with all the self test I have done that it doesn’t seem to fail or stop at the same place either which makes it confusing.

Any advice what to try next?

Hi Michel,

if the belt is off, does the test report success? it should succeed or report a different problem

when the heatbed is approaching the back, does the cable bundle get tight? this could be causing an error, making the printer think it has reached the end of travel, early.
can you lengthen the cable loop to the einsy case?

regards Joan

Thank you for the suggestions. I got past the error and completed the self test with your help. removed zip tie that holds the heat bed cables going in einsy board and added one wasn't so tight so it's more slack. Also removed the whole y axis belt and reinstalling. I think reinstalling belt was key to fix. Sounds way better
