Recurring problem: Third calibration point failure
I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue and can share any advice on how to make it go away. It's basically this:
Printer works fine.
Printer does a long print.
Next print (same object, even), the printer fails after heating on the third calibration point that it does (near right as you look at it, face on).
Power cycling the printer sometimes fixes it (just retrying never fixes it).
This will get worse until it wont pass the test at all, after which...
The only remedy seems to be to Factory Reset and run the wizard again (running the wizard without a reset will pass the wizard, but not solve the problem).
Re: Recurring problem: Third calibration point failure
I had this happening to me, and it was due to me accidentally rotating one of the Z screws and needing to do a Calibrate Z. Tried that recently? 🙂

Re: Recurring problem: Third calibration point failure
I can try that next time it fails this way... but that would then indicate that I have a problem during long prints off one of my z motors going out of sync 🙁
