Re: problem with the Extruder motor

So little information.

Has it worked before this? If so, what led to this problem? Having little to go on, my guess is your extruder is clogged.

Re: problem with the Extruder motor

Another possibility is a broken wire. Heat the extruder. Whilst waiting. Undo the two filament pressure screws. Open the trap door. And pull the filament out.

Then set the extruder to load filament and watch to see if the hobbed wheel on the motor shaft. rotates. If not its probably a broken wire...

Re: problem with the Extruder motor

Did it do this at all on the first layer? If so, was it because you run the first layer very slow?
What filament is this? It could be you are not running a high enough nozzle temperature- that would result in difficulty in extruding and a hot extruder motor.

Also- what size is your nozzle, and what layer height are you running?

Did it do this at all on the first layer? not all the time If so, was it because you run the first layer very slow?no it is running normally all the way
What filament is this?it is for all the filament including the original that I received in the box It could be you are not running a high enough nozzle temperature- that would result in difficulty in extruding and a hot extruder motor.i will try to up the temp today and see

Also- what size is your nozzle,04 and what layer height are you running?i try all the layer the extruder motor is still ticking

Re: problem with the Extruder motor

I don't think this will help, but could this be the pulley slipping on the motor shaft? Perhaps the grub screw is out far enough just to catch the flat on the motor shaft, but when its under load, it slips.....

no, it is not the pulley slipping on the motor shaft I checked it
it is running very good at the beginning of every print I did

Re: problem with the Extruder motor

ok
I increase the nozzle temperature to 220c and the printer starts to print well in 0.15 layer height
on 0.1 layer height and nozzle temperature 220c the printer is printing not so well and the extruder motor click from time to time
on layer height 0.05 and nozzle temperature 220c the extruder motor start clicking nonstop

ok it looks like it is missing significant from the correct parameter for every layer height
J.Prusa need to do a video of all parameters for every layer height to get the maximum form the printer and avoiding printer damaging

if anybody has a good experience for parameter per layer height I will be thankful.
temperature? speed? and the rest

thanks

Prusa Slic3r has ready configurations for different types of filaments and different layer heights.
In the menu, choose the profile you want and you will get the correct configuration.
