I had the same problem after I turned Filament sensor ON. Turned it OFF and it stopped doing that.

I ran into the same thing as well. I haven't had a chance to look into it too much yet -- but I'm wondering if it is retraction related (my settings were 1.0MM @ 35MM / sec -- which doesn't seem like it would be aggressive enough to trip the sensor but perhaps).

I have the same issue, Joe Prusa suggested to clean the Sensor according to the manual.

But i did not had time yet

I'm having this as well but it is only when I use the Filamentum PLA Crystal Clear filament. I've used the same print file with other filaments and no problems.

At the moment the Filament sensor seems to have difficulty reading glossy filament and transparent/translucent filament.

prusa are aware and working on a resolution, in the mean time, you fan turn filament sensor off, when you are using problem filaments, I know it's not an ideal solution, but it saves you being bothered by filament changes every so often!

this is one of the odd things with the MK3 some customers have sensor issues (filament or PINDA) and some do not. there has to be an issue with the quality control of the parts.
I say this because I have printed mostly crystal clear and transparent filaments as well as flex with no filament sensor issues
