outer perimeter walls on inside and outside not fused on cyclindrical shapes

hi I am trying to print a model with tubes to carry fluid and I have been struggling with the inner walls of the tubes not being attached to the rest of the print . the only part that is attached is the seam line this is also happening on the outside of the tubes as well which makes the surface a bit squishy . has anyone else noticed this ? is it under extrusion?

I'm using slic3r and stock settings for pla at .15mm .

Are they actually attached on the model? Or is there a small gap?

Maybe try a different sclicer? Sometimes that cues things

I have never noticed that, I often make 5mm holes and screw thread them M6 if the inner layer was not fused i would get thread failure!

can you zip the STL? and post it here?

could you check your extrusion width settings are similar to those in the attached table?

Re: outer perimeter walls on inside and outside not fused on cyclindrical shapes

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago whilst using slic3r on small circles

If I sliced the same object with Simplify3d the perimeters where connected, so came to the conclusion it was slic3r related but didn't solve it and just used S3D instead.....

The speed for 'small perimeters' was the only thing I could see that referred to small radius circles but didn't experiment and couldn't see why it should cause a problem

Re: outer perimeter walls on inside and outside not fused on cyclindrical shapes

Got the same again on the chimney of a Benchy. All stock "optimal" Settings in Slic3r PE
Looks like the inner perimeter is either not extruded wide enough or pulled in the middle. Inner diameter is 2.88mm instead of 3mm (but hard to measure) and if i keep measuring things near imposible to measure i get 0,35mm Extrusion width on the inner perimeter instead of 0,45.

Filament is 1,76-1,77mm so that should not be the Problem.

Cheers
Oliver
