Nozzle/extruder stuck with a rock of filament

Hi guys,

I've received my Prusa i3 MK3 a few weeks ago, and I was able to assembly the printer successfully, got the printer working for a few weeks without any problem.

However yesterday night, while I was printing a 3d model somehow the printer nozzle get stuck with filament, and when I woke up today the nozzle was fully covered with cold filament.

I tried to remove the cold filament form the nozzle, and I accidentally cut the temperature sensor wires...

I would like to know if there is a way to buy all spare parts related to the extruder assembly, as I think that I would need to have a new extruder or at least a new nozzle and related part.

I search Prusa website but I was unable to find that information...

I guess that I got this problem because the Z calibration was not so fine... not sure how that happened, as I printed lot of large models before and they finished successfully.

Any help to know how to repair this would be very helpful guys.

https://shop.prusa3d.com

Give it second and in the lower right corner an orange block will appear, it doesn't scroll with the page, just a static notice. Click that to start a live Chat session. Might take a few minutes for a support person to get online but they are typically great.

I have access to the Prusa parts store, but I could not find the hot end parts for the MK3 for sale. The old 12V MK2 version was pictured, but listed as not available. I had to replace mine after a blob on my MK2. I got it directly from E3D. As I recall it was a bit cheaper, especially after shipping.

I bought all of the parts, but you can buy just what you need.

https://e3d-online.com/v6

You need to select the options... 1.75MM size, Input Type - Universal Direct Drive, Full Kit -24V (if buy full kit)

It is currently 51.60 British Pounds, plus shipping.
