MK3 lighting, LEDs, ideas and recommendations
Considering the new board is running on 24V, what lighting projects do you have in mind? What led strips/bars would work? Where to pull power from?
Re: MK3 lighting, LEDs, ideas and recommendations
I'm planing on putting two of my Prusa i3 MK2 LED Panel Light ClipOn 12V lamps in serial and draw power directly from 24V. Just received the two COB LED lights from eBay to build them ($2) 🙂
Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉

I was really intrigued by Thomas Sanladerer's video on controlling lights with gcode.
Any thoughts on what pins on the Einsy board that could be used to control them?

Before getting in to customizing devices for the 24V, you may want to consider adding USB power as shown in this thread. https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/improvements-f14/steal-some-power-from-the-psu-t2884.html
Most of the USB adapters will work with 12-24 volts.

Re: MK3 lighting, LEDs, ideas and recommendations
I'm currently working on a bar design. The customer asks that he be futuristic. Everything was pretty good, but then it came down to the design of the lamps. I showed him a lot of variants, he did not like anything, I decided to dig out the design of this damn lamp myself and order it from someone else. He said that he does not like my vision. We stopped at the fact that I myself will choose a lamp and order it. I chose these these https://traeproducts.com/catalog/led-floor-lamp wash these lamps are perfect, if he tells me that something is wrong in them, I will beat him with this lamp. (I hope my customer does not read this )
