Material leakage
While printing. a large glob of melted material will suddenly appear on the model surface. It is not coming from the nozzle opening.it appears like it is coming from around the outside of the nozzle or between the heating block and the heat sink. the nozzle is tightened into the heating block. Could the heat sink vibrate loose?

I have the same problem. After multiple printings there would be leakage and i'd have to retighten it again
