magnets and bed leveling

Good morning,
I am thinking of using magnets to attach a small camera holder to the bottom of the heated bed. since the bed already has some magnets to hold the steel flexible surface I don't think this will cause any issues with the Automatic mesh bed levelling.

Has anyone tried this? can you see any possible issues with this? Any feedback would be most appreciated.

thank you!

Hi andres,

maybe it is better to think about a small stripe of steel instead of magnets, and use the already present ones on/in the heatbed.
In some combinations magnets demagnatize each other.
That could be counterproductive.....

Thanks! Perhaps you may be right. I'll have to give that a try. Thanks again!

I use steel plate brackets from a DIY store, large wide one to stick to more magnets at once and then more screwed to it to make it positionable
