Looking for some advice!!!
Hello everybody,
I'm sure this has been asked before but didn't see relevant results when searching for jam and couldn't find relevant videos on youtube.
Pretty sure I've got a jam, filament is feeding through initially then just starts tearing up the filament at the gear.
I've removed the nozzle and cleaned this to be sure but the jam is further up inside (in the heatsink I guess...)
Can anyone suggest a guide / video to resolving this?

Lia, have you been printing awhile and this just started or is this a new build and these are the results of first prints? In new builds if the below step from the online build manual is tightened too much this can cause your issue.
Overall I've read that mis-alignment can cause this.
