Layer shifting on mk3 - Options

Hey guys, so I'm having some problems with layer shifting on my Prusa Mk3 and are looking for some advice before I strip down the build and retry. The lines are very pronounced which looks worse than prints on my old printrbot play, but the biggest issue is the layer shifting. Any advice?

What I've done:

[*] Updated the firmware
[*] Tightened belts (reasonable force, nothing crazy)
[*] Printed at 20% speed
[*] Turned off crash detection (Though no crashes detected in logs)
[*] All tests are done using defaults, saved to the sd card from slic3r (Prusa edition)
[*] Checked for rubbing/resistance/where I can

Any advice?

Which axis- looks like the Y axis only? Either way, double check that you have tightened all grub screws on all motors.
