I was tracking my printer
my order was shipped on the 18th and I was tracking it on the ups website. at first all seemed to be going well I even had a Scheduled Delivery for the 22. I checked on my order today the 22 and it shows under Scheduled Delivery "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later." Last Location shows "Koeln, Germany, Wednesday, 12/20/2017" .
the question I have is should I be worried? and if so what is the best course of action. should I contact ups or Prusa ?

My order estimated delivery of the 22nd also disappeared and the shipment is stuck in Germany. My guess, and it's only a guess, they are holding until the entire container is filled before sending it along. I had this problem years ago when I did business with DHL. It seems that UPS is slipping to the DHL level. 😥

ups tracking just updated. Location: Louisville, KY, United States and under Activity it says: Saturday delivery has been requested. / Delivery will be rescheduled for Saturday.

I, also was just notified that my package arrived in Louisville. 😀
Do you suppose that the good elves at Prusa contacted their counterparts, the good elves at UPS and defeated the bad elves that were holding the shipment up? 😀 😀 That's the only way it can be explained, and I believe it, so there! 😉

My tracking info went from having a scheduled delivery date to "No date available at this time" and then back to having the original scheduled delivery data and it arrived, in Houston TX, exactly when they said it would: two days after it shipped.
I don't think even UPS understands UPS at this point. It's best not to base important life decisions based on what you get back from their tracking site.
