How do I make flow 100% for first layer?
I been having to manually change flow to 100% from 95% at the start of every print. Where can I change this so its permanent? Thanks for help

In slic3r you can change first layer width.
See manual http://manual.slic3r.org/expert-mode/extrusion-width
You might need to play with it to get to where you want.
