First print after replacing X-axis with R2
I received my MK3 near the end of January and had been struggling with getting it dialed in. After posting here about my issues (belt twisting, belt shavings, not perfect layer alignment) someone mentioned that new R2 parts had been released. I had to acquire some PETG, and learn how to print it, but after a couple iterations was successful in printing replacement parts.
The attached image is the result. Butter smooth layers in all dimensions, perfect radius corners, and best of all I'm not grinding my X-axis belt into dust anymore. If you are struggling with getting things dialed in and are still on the old parts revisions, I highly recommend upgrading.

Very cool! Great to hear!

How can one tell if they have the old or new revision?

Good question. My MK3 was supposed to ship with all of the other orders starting 1/29 except I asked that my printer be held up until it can ship with new MK52 sheets. I hope it wasn't built at that time and set aside waiting for the new sheet to be added.

On many parts the revision number is imprinted on the printed part. So when you build your MK3, you could create list to make an inventory of your parts. That way you could from time time go through the list and see which have been updated.
