First layer adhesion at edges of print surface

Hey guys,
I'm printing a Ukulele and trying to use (nearly) the full size of my print surface. I get good adhesion except the very edges ~1-2cm on each side. In the center of the bed, the PLA is stuck to the bed really well but at the edges, just blowing on it moves the filament. I tried dialing my live-Z adjust, but lowering the Z any more results in no extrusion at the edges of the print surface.

I've wiped the surface down with isopropyl, I've got it at 200c/60c heat settings, a .4mm nozzle, .15mm first layer height, going nice and slow on the first layer.

Any tips for getting full print-bed adhesion? It's only the very edges of the print surface.

Good morning.

A brim is no option for you? It would reduce the printarea by about 10mm on each side, but significantly increase the adhesion in the edge area. Should this still not be enough, you can additionally secure the brim with clips.

I'm using a brim at the moment.

It's not that the edge of the print itself has problems, just whenever the printer tries to print near the edge of the available print surface, it doesn't stick to the bed. Either the filament at the edge of the print bed (on the X axis) doesn't extrude because by live Z is too close to the bed or it's lying loose on the print surface and can me moved by simply touching/blowing on it.

I increased the first layer height to 0.2, which was disappointing, but it's fixed the first layer.
