Filament Sensor n/a error
Hello everyone
Yesterday I built my MK3. Everything is going perfectly. 😀 😀 😀 Except for the Filamentsensor 🙄 . I have wired it correctly, but unfortunately I get the error message that the sensor is n/a. Does anyone have any idea what I could do?

have you got the lead plugged in the right way around with the white cable upmost?

Yes the cable is pluged in correctly. 🙁

Contact support and disconnect the sensor immediately.
Broken sensors can go out in a cloud of acrid smoke and heat up enough to melt the extruder housing https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3-f30/filament-detector-overheating-t12849.html
