extruder parts doesn't match ?
hi @ all,
just encountered that the extruder parts for MK3, that you can download here, doesn't match exactly.
when I tinker all the 4 parts together, I get unexpected ledges.
is this the way it should be, or are the downloadable *.stl files incorrect/incomplete ?

Uff!
I wished the GitHub repository of printed parts would be kept up to date in a timely manner. I really hope it is updated as soon the parts are updated - like Slic3r or the firmware repo is...
Do we know of newer revisions of printed parts yet?

Have you told Prusa via chat or email that the parts on GitHub need updating? Well they read the forums - but maybe it helps 😐

I think it’s chamfered to accommodate the mounting hole for the blower nozzle.
Not sure about the upper extruded section though, half is chamfered and half isn’t

That is how it fit when I put the hot end in on my parts as they were received from Prusa. It kinda wobbled back and forth. I had to do some filing and got it a closer fit

It is not a problem. MK3 and MK3 kit is the same. And MK2.5 will also not mind.
I already have it on mk2s and I just wait for firmware for MK2.5. Until then I hit the hotbed and the bitch upgrade parts.
