Extruder Jam - PTFE Tubing in correct position?

Hi all

I was following steps to unclog a nozzle under steps 14 and 44 to open the extruder idler:

http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/5.+E-axis+assembly/510?lang=en#s8193
http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/5.+E-axis+assembly/510?lang=en#s8221

It was then I realised a clog has formed within the extruder gear and i promptly removed the clog. But it was then I realise the PTFE tubing seems to be in an incorrect position, further down closer to the hotend as compared to the one in the guide which is above the extruder.

I'm worried as this is a pre-assembled printer. Can anyone advise if the PTFE tubing is in the correct position?

There are two pieces of PTFE Tubing, both above and below the gears

You'll see a mention of the one you're questioning in Step 18 "Take the E3D hotend and place it inclined into the Extruder body. Make sure the white PTFE tube fits in properly."

The other one being Step 43-44

Thanks. The pre-assembly must have missed out another PTFE tubing. Is there a size for it?

[Edit: Silly me. I found the PTFE tubing underneath the sensor cover.]
