Extruder clog?

This happened relatively early on during a print after I walked away. What happened? and what steps should I take to correct this problem and prevent it from happening again?

to remove a clog, prusa uploaded a video.
To prevent you will have to figure out what went wrong.

I suspect your print failed to stick to the bed and a clump stuck to the nozzle.
Always watch layer 1.
