External Dimension Undersize

Hi,
I'm new to 3D printing but have a mechanical background! I built the MK3 kit with no major issues except the final XYZ calibration which I overcame. It is printing well I believe but today I wanted to print a hole and a peg to fit. I had a 10mm sq block with a 5mm round hole and a 5mm diameter peg. The hole (internal diameter) measures bang on 5mm but the peg is loose and only measures 4.85 ish. So i measured other external dimensions on other small parts and they were all off by about 0.15mm. I printed up a test peg at 5.1mm and 5.2mm and the 5.1 was a smooth insert with the 5.2mm being interference.

This undersize appears to be consistent so I'm wondering if I can adjust this? Is there a parameter or something I can play with slic3r or elsewhere?

Any tips appreciated.

Maybe you can do something with the extrusion multiplier?

Re: External Dimension Undersize

OK I tried this procedure this afternoon, however, it is changing both dimensions. So the inner dimension that was perfect is now too big while the external dimension is approaching the correct value.

Is there something else that can be adjusted in slicer? Ideas (or better still knowledge!)?
