Cannot successfully print anything

<t>We recently got the i3 MK3 but I am unable to print anything successfully. The filament either bundles up at the nozzle, no matter the height, or the part doesn't stick to the plate. I have tried the supplied glue, and I always clean the plate before use with alcohol wipes. I have tried different sized prints. I cannot seem to figure out how to fix it. Any solutions/suggestions?</t>

Most of the time I see this come down to either z height adjustment or bed cleaning. I would suggest you clean the bed with dish soap first and see if that works. If not, download a first layer calibration square (I use 75mmx75mm) and see how your z height looks. Here is a good place to read on z calibration. https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/life-adjust-z-my-way-t2981.html

Thanks for the suggestions, but they did not seem to be the solution. Someone mentioned to me that maybe something is wrong with the nozzle itself, is there a way to find out?

If filament is not coming down straight then something might be in the nozzle. Have you tried cold pulls ?
