Are 4 Antivibration feet enough?

I actually haven’t received my MK3, but took a look on the online building instructions. There i saw that the whole printer stands in only four feet. Two in the front, two in the back. Is this enough?
I feel like there should be two more near the vertikal frame since there will be a lot of weight coming through that part from above.

The mk1 and mk2 original prusa i3. Both had suspended main frames... with only support at the corners. If you add more feet. You are likely to have difficulty preventing wobble.

yes, 4 are enough. The machine is quite rigid in that dimension.

The problem with the feeds on MK3 is that they easily fall off when moving the printer.
I made a little clip to solve the problem and have just posted it on Thingiverse.

If you have the same problem, this is maybe the solution: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2765399 😉

Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉

A great idea!
If I had been wise enough I would have created them.
If I had got my MK3, I would have printed them out.
But now I'm just waiting for my printer delivery 😥 🙁 😀

Hi RHDreambox,
have a look for a hacker space or maker space near you, or even ask on here, you might be able get them printed whilst you wait for your printer to arrive!

The distance from Sweden to Denmark isn't so far... If you visit, I'll print you a set 😀

Thanks for the tip, but I prefer to manufacture them yourself 🙂

Thank you for your invitation, but you must probably make that chair of reinforced filament 😮
