Acceleration problems
I recently completed at 48 hour print that had a rediculous amount of layer shift. basically every few layers the "Y" axis would skip forward or back. Unfortunately I was gone a majority of the print due to unforeseen circumstances, and found the printer had wiggled it's way into a wall. I believe this caused the gear on the stepper motor to loosen and spin with a little bit of freedom. After noticing this I tightened both grub screws down and haven't seen a problem there...
The new problem (not sure if the previous problem and this are linked) is that my prints are all streched and misaligned, and misshapen! For example the sample benchy is super narrow none of the deal shows and most of it peels right off the print bed (I've even tried doing every calibration over and over again)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I did forget to mention that all of the calibration tests pass and look normal.. it's only when I print do things go terribly wrong !

Do the axes all move smoothly during the homing and bed leveling process?

have you loaded the latest firmware?
it addresses sensitivity of X and Y axis sensing which may be an issue for your printer

The first thing that catches my eye is that even your intro line is not sticking down? Might need to recalibrate your live Z if cleaning the bed does not help?

I agree with Stephen.
Just out of curiosity, how is your first layer calibration? Just for kicks, I would suggest that you clean the bed with acetone. Run your first layer calibration and check the results with an eye loop. It should look squashed onto the bed.

Here's what I got on my layer Cal.
I actually moved the print head up about .100mm the first pass was squished flat tissue paper thin..

In that last picture it sure looks as if each filament is sitting up on the bed and not squished down. But, I know pictures can be deceiving.

I'll bet that it can be easily removed from the bed. Where as on my print, if I stopped the print just after the first layer is put down, it would be difficult for me to scrape the filament off with my fingernail. If there is several or more layers it becomes easier to get my nail under it and remove it.

That's exactly what happens when I peel it off.. I assume I should lower the print head closer to the bed?

You can not make a good Z-level adjustment with a dirty bed.
Start by cleaning the bed with a soap solution, then rinse and wipe the steel sheet.
This is the best recipe for a good print. A soap solution is more effective than acetone or isopropanol.

I was using a color changing filiment before this too... Is it possible that the nozzle is part of the problem too?
