1st layers shift 100% on Y axis?

New MK3 printer assembled from Prusa and I'm getting the first few layers on y that seem to shift no matter how many times I run the wizard or bed calibration. I tried isolating it down to using the shipping files on the SD card with no luck. In this pic, I have the whistle and Prusa multi color logo printed. Each time, the first 4 or so layers print off towards the rear of the bed. I'm at a loss as I've checked the tension on the Y belts for the bed and they are darn tight. Any ideas?

Firmware is 3.1.1 RC4 if that helps.

Flashed firmware up to RC5, reset and retry. Checked belt tension on Y which was 298 (Too high?). Printed the Batman logo from SD. Still the same first layer shift. I'm at a loss on this one.

is your y-axis pulley secured firmly on the motor? One of the scrub screws tightly on the flattened side of the stepper motor shaft? If it was somewhat lose it could be positioned in a "bed farthest to the rear" position during homing and then shift some during printing. I wouldn't expect the rest of the print to look as smooth as your whistles do though. Did you experience layer shifts higher up too (especially in prints with jerkier y-movements, the whistle-print should be very gently in y above the bottom layers)

I was just getting ready to write back that I did indeed fix this. Turns out there are two grub screws on the Y axis pully and both were loose. After I aligned the main grub with the flat of the Stepper shaft and tightened both, my first layer looks steller! Wonder if it would benefit from some locktight on the grubs so they don't back out in the future?
