Z Axis Thread Mount

Anyone have recommendations/links to the metal version of the Z axis mount. Cant remember what its called but its the piece that threads on and you screw it to the X axis.

What are the general improvements seen with this?

These?: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4x-Brass-Trapezoidal-T8-Nut-8mm-for-3D-Printer-Lead-Screw-CNC-Linear-Rail-TE644-/282403728469?hash=item41c092ec55:g:lh0AAOSw7GRZEZR7

They needs to be self-lubricating, so brass or nylon. Possible to get anti-backlash version as well, but that requires a re-design of the X axis mounts and they are not really necessary. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/T8-Anti-backlash-Spring-Loaded-Nut-For-CNC-2mm-4mm-8mm-Threaded-Rod-Lead-Screw-/322530038123?var=&hash=item4b1849d16b:m:mMrzCEBHzXA0O0g7jSw2fyw
