Recent "addons"

Hi all!

Just wanted to share my latest addons to my original prusa i3 MK2!

Starting with my wall mounted filament holder (no I dont care about moisture, I print 24/7 so my filament is used before its getting damaged, and I'm mostly printing PLA+ / PETG, I'm not printing moist sensitive filament like nylon) on which I can store 6 rolls of filament, and to change filament I just lift one up, move it to the center, push the other ones to the sides and load the filament.

Can be downloaded here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1778856

To guide the filament I created a filament guide as well!

Can be downloaded here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1781509

And to get some better lightening on my printer, I bought some led strips on ebay, and designed a mount for them!

Can be downloaded here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1781519

Re: Recent "addons"

I have a similar spool setup.

If you have a tangle in your spool, the extruder may literally lift your printer up depending on how strong your spool holder is.

Recommend anchoring your printer to the table somehow as a safety measure.

thanks for the heads-up!

I think the spools will fall out of the holders before it actually lifts the printer in this case.

Nice, but unfortunately the files are no longer on thingiverse? Any other way receiving these?

Thanks,
