Premature Print Stop
I have seen this problem twice. Both times on long prints (20hr>). The print stops before it is complete and the print head does not return to the "finished" location. I was printing the "pangolin" from Thingiverse. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2064359 and my print stopped at about 30mm of the total 45mm print. The strange thing was that the LCD screen had counted down to 99% before it stopped. I am a NOOB and I do not understand how to decipher the gcode... It seemed to me that it was complete. I am using Slic3r Prusa Addition. The following is the end of the g code.

Do you print from SD card or via USB?
You mentioned 99% on LCD, so I presume SD card. Make sure you correctly eject SD card from OS before you take it out from SD card reader slot. If you don't, you may end with the file not fully written to SD card.

I checked the gcode on the SD card and you are correct- the code is truncated as compared to the file on the computer. I'll check the card in the future to be sure that the file has saved properly.
