New offset spool holder

I've made my own spool holder.
- quick to change the spool (no axes to add to the spool, just put it in place)
- quickly adaptable (you can adapt the width of the bearings adapters for different spools, with small pentagon printed screws)
- it doesn't sit on the frame (I don't like it on the frame as it sometimes vibrates a lot)
- you can put two (or more) side by side for multicolor prints
- it's fixed on my table and offset, I've got more place for my printer
- it's guided by a pulley on the frame and a guide to the extruder

Here you can see the 3d printed screws (which are screwed on an M6 rod) on which is pressed the bearing (which is himself pressed in a bearing holder). This way, you can adjust the width for every spool without using tools and without disassembling the spool holder.
