minor improvements

Hi,
just wanted to leave some feedback after assemblying my first 3d printer. (i3 mk 1)
The grub screws in the pulleys are insanely small, the allen keys "break" the socket and doesn't tighten it too much. (bigger grub screws / hex socket head screws?)
Belts are also tricky to tighten, I've seen other designs with adjustable pulleys for tightening.
cables inside the electronics 3d printed flats are very crowded, looks like it's going to explode from the pressure
z screws are a bit hard to couple with the motor shaft and the hose looks a bit shabby

second calibration print happening as I write and looking good.

great work with the bagging of the parts for each sub assembly, assembly instructions very clear

thanks!
kind regards,
