E3D Volcano mod
Hello guys
So I was printing with Prusa i3 printer for 2 months or so. Printer is great and doesn't require much maintenance after first assembly.
But now I want something more, another printer but with bigger nozzle, I know Prusa use great hotends from E3D and they have this Volcano version with nozzle 0.8mm+
I was wondering if you have plans for releasing official mod kit for Volcano version. It could be sold as separate mod.
From what I saw it only require changing Z axis end stop holders as Volcano is higher at the cost of Z printing height.
I could buy from them, modify STL files to make it higher but I thought it would be good that you do it and add to the store.
I will be your first customer for it 🙂

I would like one as well, and it would be nice to have a Prusa supported upgrade. Count me as customer 2.

You dont need higher endstop holder, just move it little higher :-).
Bigger problem is IMHO fan duct, you cant use default one.
