Crash detection

Prusa i3 MK3. Self test OK. Printed from SD-card 1. file (small boat), very nice. Tried three times printing a high object, wing on bought airplane file. At the same level above bed, 65 mm, came warning "Crash detection" and after resuming print on its own, the printer stopped. You can see the layers are not placed correct above this level. I have tried to fix it after looking in the manuals and handbooks and on the net. The printer is placed on a table with wheels. Any suggestions on how to fix my problem? Anybody else experienced this? Lower than 65 mm above bed is perfect.

Could be a variety of issues from mechanical to problems with the geometry of the model.  Or worse it could be a combination which is the hardest to track and fix.

As its only happening above 65mm I would generate a simple test part.  Using Prusa SLicer right click on the Plater and Add Shape>Box.  I would then resize the box to be something like 15x15x80mm high and place it.  I would then add on a brim to the bottom, select the same settings for your wing part but make sure it has at least 2 perimeters.  Basically you want the infill etc to be what you were using earlier.  I would then print that.

If it fails above 65mm then you have ruled out the wing model as the cause.  At that point you need to be looking at physical problems.  Things like the stiffness of your cable bundle going to the extruder when at that height.  Possible issues with wiring (intermittent breaks in wires, not highly likely but possible).  Bearing smoothness at that height, is it as smooth above that height as below.

If the test part does print fine then its the model you are printing.  For help with that you would have to post the project file (save project as) to save it as a .3mf file and then zip it up into a archive to post it here as the forum wont accept a 3mf or a stl.  Projects better though as it stores all the settings used too.

Thank for advice. I loosened the screws on the extruders back plate some. Printing now. Got a couple of hiccups at 65 mm, but it started printing again. Seems to be moving OK, now at 78mm.

Make a picture!

Shutdown printer, and move the all axis(do this slowly because the motors can power up parts of the printer and damage the printer),

and look if gets stuck some places, look also if belts stays in the middle if you move left to wright.

Printer is working very well, but I had to put it in STEALTH-mode.
