Z banding issue

So this one just showed up on this and the next print. PrusaMk3S+ with just over 2,000 hours. PETG that Iv'e been using for seven months. Belt tension appears good. All rods clean, no scratches and lubricated with Superlube oil. Can run Z axis up and down and seems to move smoothly, no stuttering. Pattern is regular. New to me set of files for a prosthetic arm that is generated by OpenSCAD. Looking to get rid of this! Scratching my head.

Checked everything else then my brain remembered I had sliced those files in 2.5.0 version 2 beta of Prusaslicer. Sliced it 2.4.2 and all the banding went away. I think there's some bugs there...

RE: Z banding issue

Quesion: On PS 2.5, do those bands show up in the preview after slicing, or just on the printed model?

The preview looked great, no banding. Thought my trusty printer had developed a big issue but that wasn't the problem.

If you're so inclined you could leave a bug report on the PrusaSlicer GitHub site https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer

One day when I have time I'm going to figure out github. Right after I learn Blender and get all these arms built! I do well if I can get the downloads from there!!!

For anyone else reading this, just to clarify, it was Sliced 2.5.0-alpha2 not 2.5.0 version 2 beta.
