Y axis crash during print

Hi, several hours into a print, I started getting y-axis crashes. I could continue the print, but it kept happening. I wasn't seeing anything that would cause a crash, and it doesn't look like the PINDA is hitting, so not sure why.

This is my first ASA print - I got the satin sheet's z-axis dialed in and the first layer looks pretty good. Also, pretty much all of the print (up until I cancelled it,) looks pretty good except for one area, that looks horrible - I am guessing that is caused by the crashes, but not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

David

Check your Y idler bearing.  Loosen the belt and make sure it turns freely.  Also make sure the Y drive pulley is not slipping - check the grub screws.

Cheerio,
