Why at the end of the print job or at the start of M600, one end of filament sticks to the print?

Hello, recently I replaced my defective Revo 6 hotend with a new original V6 hotend for i3MK3S+. I noticed that regardless of filament being used, at the end of the print job or at the start of M600, one end of filament sticks to the top of the print while the other end stick to the nozzle opening. It is like fishing. This happens 100% of the time. What is causing this and how to prevent this from happening? I have performed a PID calibration but it did not help.

I don’t quite follow what you mean. Could you share an image?

My MK3S+ is working flawlessly
