What is the horizontal step size (resolution) for MK3?

How many steps per inch or cm does the Prusa make in X & Y motions? The steppers have 200 steps per revolution, but the controller is capable of microstepping. There is also a "gear" ratio between the stepper rotation and the linear motion of the print head.

I'm trying to figure out the best possible horizontal dimensional accuracy, all else being equal (which, I understand, it usually is not).

Have a look at these calculators: https://blog.prusaprinters.org/calculator_3416/

It shows the default is 200 steps/mm

Thanks for the help. Clearly, the step size is so small that it's not an important factor in the precision of prints. That's very helpful.
