Weird blobs when a layer begins which cause some print to fail.

Hi, writing here for the first time, hope this is the right place 🙂 Also - total noob alert 🙂

I a have an MK3s, assembled from kit, currently using 0.6 nozzle (I had the same problem with 0.4)

I am having this issue where it seems whenever a new line starts it over extrudes: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UavKzOPpyNdbuXb2bkfwbhLcFPUToIPB/view?usp=sharing

I tried - calibrating first layer, tightening the nozzle (there was a leakage at some point - and I am worried I might have broken something when trying to change the nozzle - could that be it? if so how to check it? currently I do not sea any leakage), cleaning the nozzle, using a glue stick, cleaning the print bed. I am happy to try those again, I could have done something wrong.

Here are some pictures of the calibration cube and the benchy in case they can help diagnose the problem.

Note the brim seems to always have this problem of not sticking at the point where it begins :/

I am not sure how to share Images here, I hope this method is ok...

Thank you in advance for your help!

Check your Z Height.  It looks like a first layer issue.

2 things for 3d printing are important:

1. Clean bed, wash with dish soap and hot water a few times. then use it for printing, do not touch with your fingers, oil on your fingers will destroy sticking on the bed.

2. First layer calibration needs to be 100%, is also needed for sticking.

Make a first layer picture for the forum. There should be no holes in the lines, if you remove it from bed it should be sticking together.

Start higher and go in steps lower, use a big flat square then you can change wen printer is running.

In the printer settings change calibration to 7x7 is a lot better calibration.
