Ways to improve overhang quality?

I am overall satisfied with my MK3.
But the overhang performance is not as good as I expected.

Any surface similar to the bottom of a sphere will look rough.

I know any overhang above 45 degree is a challenge to FDM printer without support.

I just want to get the best out of my MK3.

Any tips and tricks?

I am using both S3d and Slic3rPE.

Print in as low as possible temperature for PLA 200 or lower if filament handles this, try to print with bed disable for PLA and change print fan nozzle and intake on something like this:

Hello, any update on your issue and how you dealt with it ?

I have similar issues with overhang on spheres, for instance the back of this model is not good ...
