Wavy first layer

Is there a solution to this? (see hopefully attached photo)

I can hear the machine chattering on long faster runs like this.  But I can't tell where that is coming from.

Is this what input shaping takes care of?  Any specific thing I can check.  It's a mk3s+.

Thanks.

The waves are a tell tale sign of your nozzle being too close to the sheet. Adjust your live Z (aka first later calibration) up a bit. You may want to try something like this https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/105404 to help with the calibration.

And, no IS has nothing to do with it.
