Wavy External Perimeters on External Print Surfaces

I've had my MK3S+ for almost two years now, and in the past six months, I have noticed a phenomenon on the surface of all my prints within the exterior perimeter (see photo). The printer did not always print like this, but I've recently noticed it has started to produce wavy external perimeters. I also confirmed this by comparing surfaces from older prints and this seems to have gradually worsened over time. This also isn't seen on my MINI, even though I've had that printer for almost four years now.

The photo shown is of Hatchbox Grey PLA, printed on an unmodified MK3S+ with the default PrusaSlicer settings for 0.20mm Quality, Generic PLA, on the MK3S+. I've tried with various materials (PLA and PETG), and manufacturers (Hatchbox, Sunlu, and Prusa); all have the same issue, which points me to something physical within the printer since I have not changed any settings on the slicer.

I've searched forums to try and figure out what this is called to aid in my search, but have been unsuccessful. I'm sure someone here can point me in the right direction, as I'm probably just searching for what this is called incorrectly. Any help is appreciated; thank you!

I'd start with the usual suspects. Make sure all rods are properly lubricated. Check the belt tension on both x and y axes.  Check the grub screws on the x and y motor shafts.

Aside from the suggestions @fuchsr made, you may also want to consider a nozzle change, It could be worn.
