Warping after print finished

(MK3 with smooth magnetic bed)  I'm printing what is basically a large flat plate (230 x 110 x 6mm) in PLA (20% infill) and while printing everything looks great.  First layer adheres well and everything looks even and smooth.  The printing completes and again it looks good right after the print is finished.  But while cooling the plate starts to bow up in the middle.

Would cooling slower help prevent this?

I printed the same thing again, but this time reduced the infill to 10%.  The post print warping was a little better, but still warped some.

What I don't understand is that the print adheres very, very well to the print bed during and after the print is finished.  I let the bed and print completely cool to room temperature and the print is still very stuck to the bed.  But as soon as I pop the print off the bed a get a slight bend in the long axis.

This part is 230 x 110 x 6mm - would it help or hurt if I increased the height thickness to 7-8mm?

There have been some reports of cooling being "too good"... Try dialling back your fan speed a bit and see if that helps, or bump your bed temperature up slightly.
