What are good setting for velocity printing with MK3? Filaments etc?

its pretty experimental and I doubt many here have messed with it yet so you may just have to experiment. I think Tom has a video on it

I've had some success with the following settings on my I3MK3
Target = 3600 mm/min
Low = 800 mm/min
High = 2400 mm/min
