Vase Mode - Unexpected Nozzle Movement
I have been printing a lot of gridfinity bins (using the awesome OpenScad library). I have noticed something I didn't expect when using vase mode. When it starts printing the outside walls of the bin it doesn't seem to do it in one continuous motion. It seems like after every 1 or 2 layers, it moves the nozzle off the wall over the center of the print and then moves it back to where it was and resumes printing.
Is this expected in vase mode?

No it isn't. You aren't running octoprint are you ? Every time there's been a moving to the centre issue its been someone with octoprint that has octolapse or similar turned on/installed.

Well that was great debugging. Yes I am running octoprint and octolapse. Is it that combo that causes the issues?

Removing octolapse fixed it. thanks @neophil.
