Underextrusion issues immediately after firmware update

So I finally updated the firmware last night and finished an overnight print, but right afterwards I suddenly get tons of underextrusion. I also just fixed an extruder clicking problem at the same time by readjusting the idler screw. I didn't change any of my slicer or printer settings in between. I also tested several different types of filament from different companies.

If you develop under extrusion after an update, consider downgrading to see if the update is the problem.

I have the 3.10 firmware on two MK3S+ printers and I've not seen any changes in extrusion.   What filament type?
