Underextrusion /clogged nozzle after Ironing with 0.25mm nozzle.

Is there a way to prevent underextrusion /clogged nozzle after smoothing with a 0.25mm nozzle?
I recently printed  a small  mold  but had a clogged nozzle after every ironing pass.
I managed to print it succesfull to  " do a filament change"  and let it purge after every ironing pass.
Is there a way to prevent this?

In my experience even printing without ironing on a normal 0.4mm nozzle the chance of a clog is greater with Mystic Brown.   I had to up the temperature somewhat and live with a bit of extra stringing to reduce it and even then it still did occasionally.

Even with a forgiving filament, ironing unless perfectly tuned for flow percentage and speed is greatly at risk of clogging.  Its one reason that Prusa took so long to actually implement it.  I wouldn't have even tried ironing with mystic brown.  Couple that with a 0.25mm nozzle and its almost certain to clog.
